This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with Acethetiq's, operated by Maison AES LTD, through www.acethetiqs.com.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all UK orders.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) are processed the next business day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days (processing + transit).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

5. Carriers

We use established shipping partners, which may include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Royal Mail or other local delivery services

Carrier selection depends on destination and parcel size.

6. Address Changes

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, orders fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Refuse delivery where possible

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the package and item

If the package was delivered while you were absent and appears damaged, contact us promptly.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs or regulatory issues (if applicable)
