When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery Time, Processing & Order Closing Date
- Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order closing time: 12:00 PM (GMT), Greenwich Mean Time (London)
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.
Which countries do you deliver to, and what are the shipping costs?
At this time, Acethetiq delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What should I do?
We sincerely apologise for any delays, which may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as public holidays, customs checks, or periods of high demand.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived after this period, contact our Customer Care team at Care@acethetiqs.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
I would like to return an item. What should I do?
To request a return, please contact Care@acethetiqs.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will provide you with full return instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
